The pine that we have locally is great for many uses. From building structures to furniture pieces.
Kiln Dried wood
Freshly cut wood needs to be properly dried before being put in to use. We built and operate this dry kiln which utilizes a NYLE dehumidification unit. The L50 properly dries the wood to the optimal moisture content.

Cut lumber is neatly stacked in the kiln and left to dry until it is ready for use. We use a Delmhorst J-2000 and the oven drying method to ensure that the wood is ready to go. Poorly dried or green wood will not be stable and should not be used in furniture or cabinet construction. Wood expands and contracts throughout the seasons and must properly dried before being used.
